His wide-ranging earlier experience provided the cornerstone for establishing DELF and building it into a sought-after partner in civil and structural engineering projects. His commitment to continued professional development is reflected in an extensive array of computer literacy skills and annual attendance at engineering courses that will keep him abreast of industry developments worldwide.
	James Reid – Director
	MSc Civil Engineering (Wits) *Professional associations* Engineering Council of South Africa (PR Eng no 990070) With a master’s degree on in Structural Engineering, James has been in the engineering industry for 15 years. He has worked on projects of every size for industrial and commercial clients; his meticulous attention to detail saw him rise rapidly from design engineer to associate at a leading engineering practice before resigning to co-found DELF Engineering.

	M.Tech. Structural Engineering *Academic associations* Visiting lecturer – Earthquake Engineering & steel structures – L D College of Engineering – Gujarat University, India in academic year 2004 - 2005 With a master's degree in Structural Engineering, Anand has been in the detail engineering for the last 8.5 years. During this period he has worked for International consulting firms like Dalal Mott Macdonald, Jacobs Babtie & leading Industrial group of India - Adani Group (PMC Projects Pvt. Ltd) on variety of projects for Heavy Industrial & Infrastructure sectors.
	A.H. Shah- Senior Advisor
	Bachelor of Engineer (CIVIL) Has 42 years of far extensive experience in Design works of Bridges, Aqueducts, Syphons, Jetty/Birth, Dam, Canal System, Irrigation structures, Flyovers, Industrial structures etc., preparation and proof checking of detailed design, Drawings, Methodology, etc. Mr. Shah has been involved in design of major bridges & hydraulic structures as head of STUP Consultants’ Ahmedabad office.
